The Mouse Chaser™ Ironclad Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This  warranty  covers the Mouse Chaser™ product sold by Kobbmaya, Inc.

What Does This  Warranty NOT Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any shipping and handling fees associated with purchasing or returning or replacing your Mouse Chaser™ product.

Refund/Return Policy: 

We have a 120-day refund policy. From your purchase date, you have 120 days to request a refund or initiate a return.

To start a refund/return, you can contact us by calling 1-855-BYE-MICE (855-293-6423), or sending an e-mail to service@mousechaser.com

If your request is accepted, we will issue you a refund in your original payment method at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing:

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or PayPal or other entity to process and post the refund to your account (anywhere from 5-14 days).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or you are missing parts. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!
